Banana Cinnamon Blueberry Pancakes

Don’t know what to do with those bananas that are over ripe?!  Here is an idea!  Add them to pancakes.  I just love them with blueberries! I add a half scoop of Arbonne protein powder to that I get my protein.  These pancakes provide a great boost of energy in the morning and they are healthy too!

Ingredients:

  • Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 scoop of Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk – amount varies on how thick you want your pancakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 soft banana

Combine pancake mix, protein powder, coconut oil, cinnamon, egg, milk, and banana.  Add in blueberries.
