Made more raw cacao balls

I’ve been tossing the idea of adding more superfoods to my raw cacao balls.  This time I added spirulina, chia powder, maca powder, goji berry powder, raw cacao nibs, and organic shredded coconut to my recipe. This is a good healthy day or evening snack. And tasty too!  I brought them to work and my coworkers loved them!

The ingredients are:

  • 10 medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp NutriBullet superfood powder (maca, chia, goji, and raw cacao)
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut – optional

Blend everything together in a NutriBullet until well blended. Shape in the form of balls or brownie.  Roll balls in coconut or top brownie with coconut.
