Avocado Salad


1 bunch of spinach

1 avocado

1/4 red onion chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1 drop lemon essential oil

salt to taste

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1/2 cranberries or your choice of fruit


Chop spinach into small pieces.

Place into a mixing bowl and toss

with the olive, lemon juice, avocado and salt. Add in the onion and cayenne.

Note:  Use 100% Pure Essential Oils which can be used for cooking and use with a carrier oil such as avocado oil, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, or olive oil.
