Stir Fry Veggies

STIR FRY VEGGIES

Ingredients:

1 tbsp coconut oil

1small yellow onion, sliced into strips

4 heads baby bok choy, chopped

1/2 head red cabbage, sliced

6 fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced

Bragg’s Liquid Aminos Alternative Soy Sauce

Sesame seeds – optional

Directions:

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onion, turn heat down and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add mushrooms, bok choy, and cabbage. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Add soy sauce. Serve while hot!
