It has been a while…

I’ve missed blogging and I miss you all. In case you didn’t know, I’ve worked in residential property management for the past year. During this time I’ve been commuting Mondays and Thursdays between 2 – 4 hours one way (San Diego to LA and back to San Diego) and Tuesdays and Wednesdays commuting 1 to 1-1/2 hours each day.  So, needless to say I have lived in my car! Due to restructuring, my boss wanted me to work more hours each day which would mean even more time on the road!  Yesterday, I decided to give my two-week notice!  I am so relieved that I have my life back! One positive…I did have a chance to spend more time with my mom!

While I worked for this company, I’ve encountered difficult situations, which affected my emotional well being. So much so, that I begin seeing my acupuncturist again.  I know that I internalize my feelings but I didn’t know that it begin affecting my liver.  Did you know that your emotions go to your liver?!  This is the reason it is very important to detox and rid your body of the toxins, not just from food and the environment but also your emotional garbage.  One Solution:  Exercising/Boxing and/or screaming into a pillow!

Anyway, I hope to blog more often.  That is it for now.
